DESCRIPTION & AMENITIES:
The beautiful kitchen, which has granite countertops and the best appliances (including dishwasher and coffee maker), is equipped with anything you would need: pots, pans, dishes, flatware, etc.

Entertainment includes a 32" television with surround sound, satellite TV with many movie channels, a Sony PlayStation with games included, two VCR's, and a great stereo system with a 5 disc CD player featuring speakers on the decks, in the side yard and in the master bedroom.

Huge jetted tub in the Master bathroom that comfortably accommodates 2 adults.

For families with small children, the home is kid friendly too with a large fenced side yard with a playground and picnic table. Inside, we have provided all the baby equipment you could need. This includes: a highchair, a Graco pack n play w/changing table attachment, a Fisher Price monitor, baby gates, a booster seat, and a rocking baby chair. Washer and dryer.

RATES
  • Winter season rates (December 2 through March 31) $ 125.00 / night (2 night minimum) $ 700.00 / week Monthly / call for rate and availability
  • Regular season rates (April 1 through December 1) $ 150.00 / night (2 night minimum) $ 800.00 / week Monthly / call for rate and availability
  • Holiday rates (3 night minimum) $ 200.00 / night $1200.00 / week
 
A $200 security deposit should be mailed at time of booking. It will be refunded in full after your stay if there is no damage to the property. The full rental fee is due 10 days before the day of your arrival. Payment can be made by personal check, money order, cashier's check or cash. We will give a full refund for cancellation 14 or more days before the first rental day. Cancellation 7-13 days before the first rental day will forfeit the security deposit, but the rental fee will be refunded. Cancellation less than 7 days before the first rental day will forfeit 50% of the rental fee, but the security deposit will be refunded. There are no refunds for shortened stays. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 10:00 a.m. At least one person 25 years of age or older must stay overnight in the cabin each day of the rental period. NO PETS are permitted. NO SMOKING is allowed in the cabin.
